Cancellation and Change

1.1 After you have placed an order on our website, you can cancel or change it by contacting us via our contact page.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. In that case, you must return the order in accordance with article 10 below. Since our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the products are already on their way, the order can no longer be cancelled. Wait until you have received the products and then return them. Of course, you can let us know in advance that you want to cancel the order. For a quick return, we request that you include a shipping confirmation. Prepayment is only possible 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the products have not yet been received.

1.3 Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are activated immediately after dispatch. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to interrupt the dispatch process until delivery has taken place. A refund before receipt of the products is only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order.

2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can contact us via our contact page to indicate which product you want to return. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the last product.

2.3 Returns and associated costs are at the customer's expense.

2.4 You are entitled to a refund only if the product has been returned to us and received. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.

2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned in the condition in which you received it, and properly packaged. The product must not be used, the labels must not be tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2.6 Return processing time depends on the specific order. You will receive your refund within 30 days of receipt and approval of the return.

2.7 Once we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you a confirmation by email. After approval of the return, the amount will be refunded quickly via the payment method you used when placing the order. There are no additional costs for storing the product.

2.8 The cancellation is complete when we have physically received the products.
